I’ve been experimenting with GF bread for a long time, and I finally found the perfect recipe for picnic days. Most GF bread is too dry or falls apart, but this one holds up perfectly for sandwiches!

500 g gluten-free bread flour (bread blend recommended)

10 g gluten-free yeast

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp olive oil

420 ml warm water (lukewarm, not hot)

you can find the step by step process and the tips for getting the perfect rice here : https://gfsnack.com/gluten-free-bread-recipe/

note : i added more warm water, because i used schar mix b.
