19 months on Wegovy. 5 months on 2.4 dose.

5' tall. SW 232lbs. CW 133lbs. Size 20 to size 6/8.

Prescribed to combat insulin resistant weight gain due to PCOS after spending 2 years on 1000mg metformin. This is a forever medication for me to keep my hormones in check.

I've been strength training 3x a week for officially 1 year today! I also do cardio (just treadmill incline fast walking, no running) 3x a week.

Wegovy has changed my life. Aside from the physical benefits, I am more confident in my body, moving my body, taking up space in the world, and living like "me."

"Cajun dry rub" on bone in wings at a newer eatery in my area. So heavily seasoned they tasted like a spice cabinet had an identity crisis. So salty and dry. I ate two and felt like Spongebob when he's out of water without his helmet. Holy crap.
