What would be the best way to go about learning PDR.

I see there are multiple national training programs. Is a training program worth it?

I also saw some people suggest working for dent wizard, but it seems like they have a non-compete agreement.

Lastly, I read some people suggest reaching out to local PDR businesses and offer working for free in return of being trained.
