Weird visual artifacts

So I got this laptop about a month ago (Acer Nitro v16-61-R9SL) and decided to install cachyos on it but ever since installing I've noticed these weird artifacts that show up. Most of the time they show up when playing games like in the second clip where you can see the windows go transparent and then a different type in the first clip. These weird glitches never show up when the laptop is idling or just using the Internet, usually only showing up whenever something is using the laptops resources like playing back a video or playing games and having them in the background, they'll never show up on the game itself mostly on the desktop. Is there anyway to go about fixing this? I dont mind if have to reinstall windows on it because I was thinking of doing that anyway after college but having to deal with these weird glitches on and off is a bit of a nuisance.
