Need help whith Game-Breaking Bug – Corrupted Ancient Dragon Quest (Act 12)
I need help. my character is stucked on a mission.
I can't get off the mission, or fast travel, since its an battle (against the corrupted dragon).
When i die, the game crashes. And when i restart, I'm already on battle with the dragon.
Have someone being through something like this?
Have someone talked to the support and know if they really help in cases like this?

Hello!
I am experiencing a critical, game-breaking bug in Seven Deadly Sins: Origin and would really appreciate your help.
Here is what happened:
I was on the main story quest “Corrupted Ancient Dragon” (Act 12) in my solo campaign. I then joined an online session hosted by another player, where they were coincidentally on the exact same mission.
At the beginning of the dragon fight in that online session, my character died, and the game crashed. I received an Unreal Engine crash message, but I did not read it fully and simply restarted the game.
Since then, I have been stuck in the following loop:
- When I launch the game, it loads normally, but I immediately see a “Mission Failed” screen.
- The only option is to restart the mission.
- When the mission restarts, I am instantly placed back into the dragon fight.
- Because I am already in combat, I cannot access any menus:
- I cannot escape to a safe location
- I cannot fast travel
- I cannot open the map
When I die again during the fight:
- The game freezes in a broken state
- The character remains dead on the ground
- The camera cannot be moved
- The “Mission Failed” screen does not appear
- No inputs or buttons respond
This creates an infinite loop where I:
- Load into the game → mission failed
- Restart → immediate combat
- Die → soft lock / freeze
Additional details:
- I have restarted the game multiple times with no change
- I tried logging in on a different device (mobile instead of PC), and the issue persists exactly the same way
- I used the in-game file integrity/repair tool on both PC and mobile, and no issues were found
At this point, I am completely unable to progress or access the game world.
Could you please assist in resetting my quest state or moving my character out of this mission?
