Is this just coding of the appointment? “Inconclusive fetal viability” despite good scan

My doc had me in early at 6w for a viability scan due to light spotting. The visit is coded as “Inconclusive fetal viability” despite seeing baby in the right spot and heartbeat.

Is that just because it’s early and we need another viability scan at 8 and 12 weeks?

Baby was measuring 4d behind my LMP (measuring 6w1d, LMP has me at 6w5d) but 113 bpm seems on target for an early 6weeks.

Feeling discouraged - cyst on ovary might wreck my plans.

I am pregnant (7w) and was so excited to dive into learning about low intervention and a natural birth process. My first scan showed baby AND a grapefruit sized cyst on my ovary. Now I’m researching the pros and cons of surgery to remove it during pregnancy vs risking leaving it if it ruptures and requires emergency surgery.

We got pregnant so easily and my periods are easy and pain free so I’m shocked to know I have an endometrioma.

Especially of that size, it’s freaking me out.

Has anyone dealt with this by chance?

There’s a chance it shrinks during pregnancy but I really hate the idea of risking emergency surgery or having it rupture during labor, etc.

New here! Looking for reassurance I guess. Just left my 6w5d first scan and was told I have an endometrioma on left ovary.

Periods are regular, nearly pain free and not heavy… conceived on our first “real” try hah. I am just not sure what to make of this news I guess and of course higher anxiety right now being pregnant.

Baby was in the right spot with heartbeat detected and overall my OB said the cyst is something we will just monitor. They don’t seem worried about any impact on the pregnancy but said in some cases it might rupture causing pain.

Does an endometrioma essentially mean I am officially in the endo club? Despite really having no signs of it?

Has anyone had an ovarian cyst discovered via their scans?

Baby looked good and they seemed good with 113 heartbeat but I found out I have an endometrioma cyst on my ovary. Idk how to feel about it though they said that it’s usually something they just monitor throughout the pregnancy. My periods are super easy and pain free so I guess I’m just surprised to find out I have anything going on in there haha

I’m 6w4d and wanting blander foods than usual and have a strong sense of smell but no true nausea yet. I think my mom didn’t have true sickness either but she doesn’t know yet so I can’t ask her !

When do you guys think of yourselves as through the main window of nausea? I’m giving myself until 12 weeks until I feel truly safe lol

I have a transvaginal ultrasound next week when I’m estimating I’ll be 7w3d. I’ve had spotting after sex this week and it’s making me pretty anxious to see any spotting.

Can I request that they try abdominal for ultrasound first? Is that a reasonable reason to not want anything that could trigger more spotting or will they just tell me it’s normal an to chill out?

EDIT: the OB is getting me in on Thursday for my first scan instead of next week so I’ll be less than 7w. Leaning transvaginal if it’s even earlier & to get more details than abdominal but I’m def declining the Pap smear I’m due for until later date !

Heyyy. In town later this week for an overnight and first time to Portsmouth in a while so I’m not up to date on restaurants.

Strange request… Im newly pregnant and my sense of smell is going crazy.

Cafes and bakeries are fine but more dinner-y restaurants are currently a struggle due to all the smells combining together 🙃

Is there an awesome quick bite we could grab for takeout for dinner, or a great pizza place downtown?

Basically I want to eat well while there, without having big plates of meat and veg walking past my table hahaha and if needed we can do takeout because I’m struggling that bad with having these super scent powers. Craving comfort food!

On my list for breakfast/lunches is popovers and elephantine but I am strugggling with dinner!

My first morning pee gave me anxiety because it reminds me of UTIs I’ve had in the past, but I have no UTI symptoms. I know they can be asymptomatic but I’m the UTI queen and I always know when I have one haha. Apparently hcg can impact your urine smell so maybe it’s that? And my sense of smell is super strong. Anyone else notice a strong scent to urine or am I going crazyyyy
