Today I've begun refeeding from my second long (7 day) dry fast and am doing so with the same "Liquid Superfood" recipes I shared last time. See: https://www.reddit.com/r/Dryfasting/comments/1okjdsq/refeeding_on_liquid_superfoods/

As 'the inventor', I'd like to name these basic store bought concoctions: vegetable juice + bone broth as "VEGGIE GOOD" SOUP, and coconut water + kefir as "BERRY NICE" DRINK.

Some tweaks this time round: For the 'soup' I've decided to omit the cod liver oil (to avoid PUFAs) and make the turmeric/curcumin a permanent addition. I've also been blending the green and purple juices together for convenience. For the 'drink' I've replaced blueberry powder with whole (frozen) mixed organic berries, while choosing to eliminate any supplemental fibre. I won't be gradually adding in any MCT oil this time either as I'm transitioning away from LCHF.

Feel like I'm on to something with these, so sharing again and hoping others will try.

Open to any feedback, suggestions or ideas for a third complimentary liquid food option.
