just got out from an interview online and the guy seriously looked sleep deprived and burnt out...

I kept thinking to myself "... do I want to join this company if they overwork the workers like this..?"

he kept slurring his words and forgetting the question.

his actions reminded me of a drunk person, except I can tell that he's not drunk but was very sleep deprived..

is this a red flag?
