help realigning model
My office is a contractor working on a model shared through ACC, and at some point it seems we got misaligned from everyone else. I assume one of the linked models was placed improperly early on, and everything was built around that, so now our geometry is roughly 5’ off when linked into other models. As far as I know, the main BIM coordinator is using origin to origin to align everything, so as I understand I can’t just change the project base point to fix it (unless I can?). I would just move everything in the model over the few feet to the proper alignment, but people working in it have used a combination of reference plane and link hosting, so that won’t happen smoothly…
Are there any better ways to fix this than moving everything individually? It feels like there should be some tool for this that I just don’t know of.
