Has anyone gone through a medical clearance process where you had to get cleared by an outside doctor? I faxed in my clearance letter and they confirmed they received it, but my profile still hasn’t been updated. I know the doctor has to review it first, but how long did it take for yours to update? Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this wait.
