As long as Goodreads has been doing library exports and I have had Calibre (15 years) I have imported my export into my library to update the metadata on some 3000 books.

One column that was always appreciated and updated - the average rating - it changed from month to month depending on how the book was doing.

Today I imported for the first time in about a month and discovered the average rating column gone. GONE -

This isn't going to bother the vast majority of people - except those who used that column to keep track of their tbr reading lists.

Sure you guys keep the "bookshelves with positions" which is a column that I wonder if ANYONE ever needed - but the average rating was a dynamic column that kept track of things that were always changing with the books. I am ticked and have no idea how I am going to fill this column in Calibre now.

Why?????

I have a celing fan/light fixture that is on the same line as my overhead kitchen light. Both are activated by a single wall switch. I can't have the fan/light on and the kitchen light off. I also want to get brighter or dimmable LED's because I have been using 40 or 60W Incandescent because that's the only ones that I could find that fit. I never really looked into the different sizes or watts, I just tried to find one that fit in the base and didn't hit the shade.

Am I stuck with low powered 40W or are there 60W bulbs that I can use that will fit and be smart and tunable? Suggestions?

You know I woke up one morning and realised my ass was literally the same consistency of pizza dough. I sit and is flows and spreads around.

Well, that was about a year ago. Thought I would let you all know, it fully firmed back up. So take heart and keep up with whatever strength training or resistance exercises you may have. I didnt do that much, but normal walking and the few rounds of my ancient Thigh master and resistance bands brought it back :)

I made some helpful instructions on how to best update your Calibre libary - I included everything needed

Then you can go to Smashwords and follow this link to update - it defaults to "filter erotica" if you go to update it to turn it off - you will see "show MAINSTREAM erotica" click on that and it will open up "Show ALL Erotica" - and that's where you find the really strong stuff.
