For years casual fans, those who don't really listen to Hole, assumed that it was Courtney on the Live Through This cover, not knowing it was Leilani Bishop in the iconic Ellen von Unwerth photoshoot, pretty common misconception of 90s music.

But I was rewatching the music video for Miss World and there's this freeze frame that looks shockingly similar to what the final album pose ended up being so I made a concept of it in Photoshop and used chatgpt (boooo i know i know, I rarely use it anyway) to fill in the top of her head that was cut off.

Of course the original album cover is better and legendary, this was just an idea I had in my head since Courtney is on the cover of POTI and Celebrity Skin.
