Just acquired a thinkpad E460, what’s next?

I knew thinkpads had some legend behind them but I’ve got no idea why. Recently found this at a thrift store for 5$, what should I put on here/do with it?

i5-6200U CPU 2.30GHZ, 8gb ram, 64bit, 200gb storage, and 14 inch screen
