I have Medial meniscus grade 3 tear

In 2019 I had acl reconstruction and meniscus surgery some of the meniscus was removed and in 2021 i felt pain consulted doctor said do mri there showed longitudinal tear of medical meniscus ( doctor said wont do surgery now)

Then 3 months prior from today slipped on the affected knee then it was good but some symptoms show up like twisting and locking then a week earlier my knee twisted

Now consulted again ( mri showed some laxicity in acl and tear grade 3 of medical meniscus)

Any suggestions ??

Can anyone explain me the whole process of passport in jammu

I have applied for a passport and had an appointment after that police verification was done then cid local verification was also done and got challan from cid jammu headquarters submitted the challan to ssb jammu Now what??

is there any challan given by the ssb parade??

and what's the next step??
