Investment Help

I’m 38 and recently found out I can roll over an old union annuity account (~$151k). I haven’t been with the union since 2021, so no more contributions—just interest growth. I also have an active 401k with Schwab (~$58k). I’m currently in the process of opening a Rollover IRA with Schwab to potentially move the annuity funds into. From what I understand, my options are: Roll into my current 401k. Roll into a Traditional/Rollover IRA. Leave it in the annuity plan I’m leaning toward the IRA for more control and investment options, but I’m trying to make sure I’m not overlooking anything (fees, tax implications, future flexibility, etc.). No plans to cash it out—this would be a direct rollover for long term investment (retirement)

Curious what others would do in this situation and why? Thanks
