Tiraram as árvores, gastaram milhares de euros para meter assim o estacionamento?

I just received a statue from this store, and it arrived broken. On top of that, the item is clearly made of plastic, even though it was advertised as resin on their website.
I have an unboxing video and photos as proof, which I’ve already sent to them. Despite this, they only offered me a €25 coupon for their store.
Has anyone dealt with this before or knows the best way to get a full refund in this situation?
