I'm scared for applying to grad school because of my grades this semester

I'm applying to grad school this summer, and I'm pretrified of how admissions are going to see my GPA and overall transcript. I flunked my last exam in an Art History course, which was worth 33% of my grade, and now my final grade is going to be a C. My anthropology exams have also been a bismal, as my last two exams were a C- and a D+, and I have one more to make up my grade, but I'm considering a flexible grade option in case it goes south. I don't know what to do. My other courses have been Bs and As for the majority, but there are also other Cs and Ds within my first two years in school. I'm currently a third year design student wanting to go into architecture and city planning, but I'm scared my GPA won't be good enough to make it into the schools I'm applying for, since I assume most schools will want a 3.00 minimum (which I believe I will meet), but will accept anyone with a GPA closer to a 4.00 than me, who will likely just barely make it over. I'm freaking out. All my design courses (which are all the required ones I've had to take to get my degree) are all high grades, but my electives are harder because they rely more on tests and exams, and I'm shit with studying material and exam performance, no matter how much I try and seek help. Can someone tell me what to do, and if or not I may have a future in my desired field?
