If this game could have TKB-408,a rare prototype soviet rifle that is even rarer than WW2 weapons, how come they don't have Glock?

It's an ubiquitous gun in many gun owner collection, cops have them, recreational shooter have them, not so recreational shooter have them. It's the first gun people might think of when they're thinking of owning one.

I doubt it's about licensing issue since Kelso and Agent have them during NY cutscene confronting Keener.
