For someone that hates the gym or any kind of physical activity apart from playing baseball this has definitely got me off my arse and has benefited me so much… a good 45 minute work out most nights and am feeling fitter than I have for a long time … 45 male, couldn’t put my socks on without sitting down 6 months ago for perspective 😂😂
Recently purchased this bat as I liked the specs and possibly had a few too many beers… haven’t really had a chance to use it apart from in game as I’m currently coaching 2 teams and all I do is throw BP ect

I get on a Quiet carriage whenever i can as i suffer from anxiety.... now noboby cares, loud phonecalls, music without headphones... just people not giving a shit anymore, if you see on the news in a few weeks that someone has lost the plot on a v/line Quiet Carriage that was not quiet!!
