Weeks 8- : 5mg (for increased hunger due to cjc/ipa)
Train 4 times a week
Chest/triceps/core
Lower back/glutes/core
Legs (quad focused)/core
Upper back/biceps/core
Will also fit in an arm focused lift at work when I can.
Cardio 2/3 times a week
Diet is dialed in and clean for the most part. (Still enjoy beers socially)
Some days are hard to hit macro goals though.
