Hi everyone! I’ve had my baby kiwi🥝for 5 weeks and he loves to crawl on my hands now. He will perk up when he hears my voice and come running to climb over the glass. It’s adorable.🥰This is my set up now. When is the appropriate time to switch to substrate?

Is this set up okay? Also would I be able to see the eggs when they are laid? It’s hard to tell with the blended oats.
