Hi I’m a high school senior right now and still deciding between these two colleges. I would be oos for both schools. For context, my family is low income, and I’d be the first to go to college. I would end up paying 35k/year for Umich and got a full ride to UW Mads. I want to major in public health, and know I want to go to grad school after college. However, I wanted know how important prestige is and whether UMich Public Health is worth it. It’s not like my parents can’t afford to pay it, they’ll end up scraping up the money. So the decision is completely up to me, but I can’t help but shake the guilty feeling since my parents work multiple jobs to make a living. Can somebody tell me the pros and cons to both schools?
