Wood self-centering rack-mounted deadlift stand

I made this from maple to make setting up deadlifts easier. Slight V shape to the top that keeps the bar centered.

Sharpened my jack plane

I was having a difficult time planing a piece of hard maple with really wild grain reversals... Finally sharpened the iron again (and set the chipbreaker extremely close) and it made a world of difference.

Made some wooden weight horns for my rack

I didn't feel like paying Rep hundreds for these, so I made them from maple and ash lumber on my wood lathe. There's a half dollar coin on the end of each to hide the lathe spur center marks. A 1/2" x 8" lag bolt goes through each, centered in the rack hole with a 3d printed bushing. They seem surprisingly solid. Finished with shellac.
