
App stuck on 'Waiting for your sleep data', ring functioning normally.
I am aware that this is listed as a known issue on Oura website. I get all my sleep and activity data normally. Notifications come through normally. It's just stuck on this view which is frustrating because I'd much rather see my activity goal etc.
I imagine Oura is working on it since they're aware of the issue, but has anyone managed to fix it themselves?
App is up to date. Tried clearing cache, soft reset, restarting phone etc. Nothing helped :(
(....if I need to pay a subscription for an app on top of 500€+ for the ring itself, I'd really appreciate if the app actually worked. Bleh.)
