Does the Chinese name 霏 (Fēi) make sense as a girl’s middle name?

Hi everyone! I’m considering using the Chinese character 霏 (Fēi) as a middle name for a girl after a Latin first name.

From what I understand, 霏 can describe falling snow, mist, or something soft and delicate and it seems poetic. I wanted to ask native speakers or people familiar with Chinese names: does 霏 work well as a name on its own? Would it sound natural, pretty, or unusual as a middle name?

I want to name her Rosalia Fei but I don't know if it makes sense or not and my husband can't also help since he was adopted and can't speak his mother language Chinese...

I’d really appreciate any thoughts on whether it makes sense culturally and linguistically. Thank you!
