what is this behavior?
he has been extremely hormonal before his new routine but said routine has been thrown off because we moved. he does this a lot with various toys and even his cage's newspaper and usually he chirps/squawks when he does it. I don't recall if he's ever hissed while doing this. I usually stop him if I catch him doing this but I wanted clarity on exactly what it is.
is this hormonal behavior? if so how do I stop it?
