As a GERDS haver of 27 years i can say the best 2 OTC things for heartburn is rolaids soft chews(way way better than tums) and Zantac pills the old formula were better but the new one doesn't give you cancer. Do not drink milk it helps immediately but makes it worse in the long run because science, sleep at a incline stack pillows if needed.
