I've seen a lot of commercial vehicles on donedeal and I've been wondering how does that actually work. Are all these people setting up a business of some sort to qualify or can a private owner use commercial tax and get private insurance? I tried looking it up but from what I can see the insurance wouldn't cover any use of the vehicle outside of the business use.
