IMAX 70MM Lincoln Square
So I live in within train distance of NYC and recently become obsessed with seeing some blockbusters at the Lincoln Square AMC with the huge IMAX screen, but it seems near impossible to get tickets for anything.
I know its too late now, but Project Hail Mary showtimes for IMAX 70MM are all fully booked until the end of the month unless you sit right in front or go midweek at like 9am.
I try the IMAX website to see what's coming soon but it seems to always be down or say try again later.
I want to try to get tickets for the Odyssey and Dune Part 3 ( I know odyssey sold out like a year in advance, but want to get tickets when they add more shows).
Is this hopeless? Am I always going to be beaten by scalpers scooping up the tickets? What's the best way to get tickets/notifications for these ticket sales? Anyone have experience getting tickets for these kinds of pre-sales? I'm pretty new to it obviously.
