Direct BVA Appeal?

I have a claim that is strictly legal. The claim involves predominant condition elevation....it has been actively pursued since '22. I have run this thing through several GTPs and all of them say there very high probability of remand even a moderately high chance of a grant. My question is should I consider an attorney or use the various chats to draft my own...the retro could be very large....what would you do? What was your experience with direct BVA claim?

OK....i'm done. Just got my HLR decision and after two years, supplementals, DTA's positive DBQs, medical procedures, pet and ct scans, ekg and echos, and three separate paths to 100% my rating didn't change. I can no longer do this without professional legal help...

Im asking for references on legal help in the LA area...I have heard Veterans WLaw Center is decent. Anyone worked with them....are there others attorneys that u would recommend.

So I have had an hlr open since 1/1/26 for a claim in 2022. Continuity of claim has been kept. Any one got any info on decision timing after the IC. I've heard anywhere between 1 and 5 days any one had any experience with this...thanks
