Phineas and Ferb in a Gilbert journal?

Season 3 episode 16. Managed to pause on a page flick. It's the diary of a woman going mad in 1912 but now I'm wondering if maybe she was just somehow seeing future television...

I've never actually seen Phineas and Ferb, it was the words Perry the Platypus that stuck out to me.
