I have a user who is getting stuck on the confirm page after clicking the Magiclink from their email. Initially, I thought it was because they were clicking the link from a different device, but they have confirmed they are using the same device to request the link and to sign on.

Has anyone run into this issue?

I suspect the issue is happening with more than one user because when I check the analytics, I can see users are stuck on /confirm when it should be redirecting.
