With the growing numbers in the subreddit and influx of new posts, we need another mod! If you are interested in applying to become a mod, message us with answers to the following questions:

1.What time zone are you in, and what hours of the day are you typically active on Reddit?

2. Do you have any previous or current moderation experience on Reddit? (If yes, list the subreddits and your specific duties).

3. Are you familiar with basic moderation tools (e.g., handling Modmail, removing posts, reviewing the Mod Queue)?

4. How long have you been a member of this community?

5.What is your motivation for wanting to become a moderator here?

6. Can you put aside your personal biases to enforce a rule you may not agree with? Choose one of the following 3 scenarios to respond to

• Scenario 1: A user disagrees with a post removal and sends an abusive modmail message. How do you respond?
• Scenario 2: You see a highly upvoted post that violates one of your subreddit's rules. What do you do?
• Scenario 3: Two users are engaging in a highly toxic argument in the comments. How do you handle it?
