Hi,

I help with lighting for a local theater doing musicals. We always have two movers available, but for whatever reason, we rarely use them. Instead of aiming a bunch of lights in specific paces, I want to try to use the movers as much as possible for our next show. I'm looking for the best way to do this.

I obviously don't want the mover moving while the light is on so I'm assuming I should set the location, color, zoom, etc a cue or two before it's actually needed. Then in the cue I need, I just have to turn on the intensity and everything else is set. If I want to do this, and store the settings for use later, which of the pallets do I need to save? I know there are a number of them but I'm not sure which pallets save which information for a mover.

Any guidance on this would be great.

Hi,

I changed Zendesk into Dark Mode and all-in-all it works pretty well. However, I sometimes see text in a ticket that is on a brown background and the text is black. It's nearly impossible to read so I have to change back to light mode just to work a single ticket.

It's not every ticket and I haven't been able to find any sort of commonality each time it happened. At first I thought it was an Internal note, as those always seem to get the brown background, but I see some internal notes with black text and some with white text.

Does anyone know why this might be? Is there something I can change in my profile settings to change this? I'm at a loss as to why it happens sometimes and not others.

Hi,

I'm trying to find a slider with a specific feature. I want the slider to show each image on the screen for a certain amount of time and then go to the next. However, while each image it showing, I want a portion of the previous and next photos to be showing next to the main image.

I tried Smart Slider 3 but Carousel mode is now locked as a Pro setting.
I tried MetaSlider but their Carousel mode is continuous and doesn't pause for each photo unless I hover on the slider.

Every time I'm recommended one I find out it can't actually do what I need. Instead of just trying more and more I figured I'd see it anyone recommend a plugin that can actually do this and doesn't require a Pro cost?
