What are some useful tips and tricks you wish you would have known before go-live?
Before anyone reads further, I did find a thread from 3 years ago about this and I kind of wanted to see if there were any updated ones considering, ya know, that was 3 years ago...
For context: We go live in December. I've been snooping around our dev and sandbox environment, but I find it very confusing to find anything I would want to "save for later". I added "All Reports", "All Employees", and "Data Validation" to my app list. But I want to be more prepared as someone who is basically going to be doing upkeep and maintenance after go-live.
Also to add: We just got access to our dev environment last week. We're working with Deloitte on the build, and they are building it. So, I'm not sure if ALL functionality is there and if any tips and tricks that wouldn't work. But the more, the merrier. Thanks!
