So I did time for guns and drugs when I turned 18 I did my time and got out and I was indicted on a smuggling of persons charge in Texas I did my time and came home. No parole or anything. I recently had a lil girl and moved to southwest Florida. I’ve completely turned my life around. I’m going to apply for my cdl permit. I’m wondering if the smuggling of persons charge will be an issue. Can anyone give me some info
