My mom has 3 siblings who are ZZ (one terribly bad - had a double lung transplant) mom is MZ dad MM

This allergy season I have started to have asthma symptoms which I am still working with my allergist to control. I also have EoE and she thinks I’ll likely end up on Dupixent once I can get approved. She had me tested for A1AD and attached are my results

Seeing as my Dr likely won’t call til Monday, how likely are my symptoms to be related to A1AD w these numbers? (Smoked socially in college some, never regularly, haven’t touched a cigarette in well over a decade) 38/F.

Also, I have an almost 5 YO son. Do I need to get him tested?
