⚠️ $1.00/hour agency abruptly terminates me without notice and a single warning.

[First of all, I am consciously aware that this setting isn’t under a legal area, therefore, I am not protected by the Labor Code.]
Please note that I was still under training/nesting at the time, and as a new hire, I was relying on guidance from my superiors regarding processes and expectations.
It all started when I was misdirected by a TL, and HR that ultimately led to my termination— without any prior warning, notice, or opportunity to correct any alleged issue. To possibly protect their positions, they pivoted based on a made-up rule that had never been clearly communicated to me beforehand, which made the decision feel arbitrary and unjust.
It really frustrated me, because I was singled out that easily as if I wasn’t pushing genuine efforts to help revive your severely low to zero traffic models during the training. Mind you? I was able to secure a few sales despite assigning me dead accounts, which demonstrates that I was performing my role and the job.
As you can see, I am that deprived and desperate that I willingly accepted the open exploitation and lowballing.
To be honest, many of the leaders and advisors I worked with were positive and welcoming, which makes the abrupt nature of this decision even more unfortunate. However, the way I was dismissed felt sudden, unsupported, and unfair—especially given the lack of notice, no due process and the lack of accountability from those involved.
