Can the area circled in red be safely removed? I would saw off the vertical the divider section above the cabinets. I know the lower portion is needed to set up the cabinets l.

IKEA Torsby table for sale. White glass top and chrome metal legs. 53” long, 33” wide and 29” tall. Some fine scratches on the glass top but in great shape otherwise. Legs can be removed for moving. Asking $175
