I’ve made a CL Card and I had no idea that the 10K is the MAXIMUM amount I can use without upgrading my account. I have to pay for some medical expenses and support is not answering. I basically have 6k EUR frozen there now, I can’t withdraw them or do ANYTHING because of it and I need them, this is insanity.

Support not answering, I submitted my upgrade account request 3-4 days ago, no reply.

Can I somehow withdraw my money or what am I supposed to do in this situation???

Please someone advise. I am so confused.
