I’m building my first micro-SaaS, Nebula. It’s an AI chatbot widget built on Python (FastAPI) that learns from a local business’s info to answer FAQs and take customer phone numbers for leads.

It is my first solo startup and the market seems to be completely flooded with "AI chatbots" and I'm worried the tech is too simple to sell.

Is this space totally overhyped right now or is it still a viable project if I target a particular local niche?
