Hamstring graft and meniscus repair, so happy it’s finally done!
hi! i (19M) have an ACL repair w/ hamstring graft coming up in 4 days. i really love the music scene in my city and usually end up in standing room only venues. i’m wondering when other people were able to go to concerts like this? i don’t want to rush anything and potentially mess up recovery, but missing out live music has been killing me T_T
edit: my surgeon wants me off crutches 8 days post op so i’m expecting a short recovery but don’t want to push myself!
