Backlight 3 Pro troubleshooting advice
Bought this last week after some of the amazing videos on here but I think I am one of the unlucky few who can't get it to work at all.
The colour accuracy isn't too bad when demoing colourful videos like test videos or animes/cartoons but anytime the screen is black during a show I get blue or red colours. I've tried setting saturation to 1% but that's hardly ideal and it's still blue/red.
Also I think my TV is just too reflective and it picks up all the reflections. I don't really understand how I could eliminate that without removing everything away from my TV which I can't do. Do these camera just not work very well with certain TV coatings? I've got a Samsung and maybe the coating is just too darn reflective.
Does anyone have any handy tips, guides or advice to try before I give up the ghost?
