Advice wanted: My doctor recommended Keto, but I have issues with food

Hey y’all I’ve started the keto diet for the second time, for a little background, the first time went really well, I was doing it to lose weight at the time and I lost a little over 80lbs, however it’s been a few years since then and I experienced a lot of personal struggles (my mom died, job loss etc) I gained some of the weight back. During this time I experienced a lot of disordered eating habits that I’m still trying to break free from-I do have a therapist. But my problem now is I was recently diagnosed with a few chronic health conditions that have been disabling to me and my doctor recommended I try a low carb/keto diet to manage my symptoms. I know I can do it bc I had success before however stringently tracking calories and macros is anxiety inducing due to my issues with food, let alone now not really having any choice/control in doing keto in the first place, aka it’s not my idea. Obviously I could just not do it but I do actually want to improve my health. Does anyone have any advice on how I can manage this?
