Digitone to Ableton via OB - silence at the beginning of the recording
Shortly - what I'm trying to do is to transfer my loops from DN2 to Ableton using Digitone2 plugin within Ableton.
Just to test how good (or not) it is I have created 1 bar loop (16 steps) with trigger on the very first step and length=16 (so it sounds like non stop drone when I listen on DN2).
When I just recorded 1 bar in Ableton and looped I noticed some glitch every time loop starts from beginning so I zoomed in and there is ~3ms of nothing.
So I recorded 2 bars long clip of that track and the beginning of second bar is matched on picture to the beginning of 1 bar (top plot beginning of recording, bottom 2nd bar).
Looping just 2nd bar sounds like what I have on DN2.
What am I doing wrong? I noticed same behavior on other tracks etc. so that is why I have tried above 'experiment' with constant sound.
Technically for 1 bar loops I could record always 2 bars long clips and crop them but it seems like not necessary and annoying job.
Is there any solution to that?
