What would you do?
I bought a Dior sweater from a seller for $145 shipped, and when placing the order she confirmed that the material would be 100% cashmere. Pictures of the tag weren't included in PSPs to confirm that it was cashmere, and the seller admits that she forgot to check the actual tag herself as well. The sweater arrived today, and it turns out to be 100% cotton instead. The seller apologized and offered a discount on my next order.
Should I just let it go as an honest mistake, or should I request a refund? The reason I have mixed feelings is because previously, the God Factory Small Lady D-Joy I ordered from her for $480 arrived with 2 dented quilts and a dented base, so this is the second issue I've had. I let the dents go because she assured me that the dents would puff back out after a while.
