Bump on dogs face within 1-2 weeks

She was at a daycare the last 8 days since we were on vacation we noticed this bump on her mouth area. She takes tick medicine so I don't think it's a tick as it doesn't look like one either. Curious if anyone has an idea.

Fast growth on my dogs face

My doberman has this spot that seems to have grown quickly the last week or two she was just being watched while we were on vacation and it seems way bigger now that we came back. Any ideas what this could be? It doesn't seem like a tick.
