Alternative bag suggestions?

Hey all! I'm currently looking for an alternative to the Aer Go Pack 2. I love it and I've used it a lot both as a daily driver and in international travels, but sometimes I feel like it's a little bit too.. unstructured(?) for my liking and for what I usually carry.

If I'm not carrying a laptop (which is mostly just for work days anyway), I only have an iPad Pro 11", a Switch 2, a power bank, some cables and a small power brick, AirPods, and sometimes a foldable umbrella and a jacket. All good, except when if I don't have a laptop and I don't space out my stuff in the bag properly (like when I'm in a hurry), the Go just loses shape and I could feel my stuff being uneven from my back (and weight distribution feels a bit off too).

I don't mind having another backpack or switching to a messenger/sling (I used a random generic messenger for as long as I can remember), as long as I can easily carry my stuff around (with or without the laptop).

I tried my friend's CPP2 and it felt too big and too stiff/heavy for my liking? And felt like an overkill with the stuff I usually carry so something smaller than 24L (or maybe even the Go's 20L) would be ideal. My budget is around 150 USD but I'm flexible with it.
