Why monarchy?

I really don't get it

What could be the benefit of putting a crown on a heir that's most likely detached from the real world to his sheltered upbringing?

Shouldn't we evolve past it? Why do some countries still use it?

Is there some hidden benefit I'm missing?

Can we stop? There is no correlation between the two one is simply much much worse than the other

A real slave has a choice to escape he can dream of better days and can work towards either by escaping or something like that+ he isn't forced to obey his master 100% there is some leeway + slavery doesn't make conversation between the two impossible and it's actually optional for the master!

Shadow bond is much much much worse

Because of one crucial mistake sunless lost his freedom he lost everything, his right to have an equal relationship with the one he loves and she lost it too

It's worse than slavery as it removes agency from both the slave and the master

Shadow bond is hell for nephis too
