Somehow I became a squirrel mom yesterday, lol
Went out looking for morels at my favorite spot and ended up coming home with a baby squirrel! He was so starved and exhausted trying to survive without a momma, the poor thing. I gave him some banana nut bread and water and as soon as he was done he went into the crook of my elbow and curled into a ball and went to sleep for the night. It was the most adorable thing ever. I’ve never had a baby wild animal like this before but this guy needed help so here we are now with a pet squirrel! 😅
